The Process STEP 1 Use our claims enquiry form and we will contact you to ascertain whether your loan or credit card meets our minimum criteria. There is no charge for this service. Alternatively you can call us on 0845 3 58 58 58 and we will ask you some simple questions regards your loan/credit card agreement/s. We will then be able to tell you if we can offer to process your agreement to find out if it is believed to be unenforcable. STEP 2For each agreement that meets our initial criteria, and for which you require us to process, we will require a fee of £99, and the completion of some simple paperwork. At this stage we would also ask for the original agreement if you have it. The paperwork can be sent to you by email or by post. Our fee can be paid by cheque or online using a debit or credit card. If you pay online by debit or credit card a handling fee of £3.50 will be incurred. STEP 3On receipt of the appropriate paperwork and fee we will request any documents required from the lender/s to enable your agreement to be audited. When these have been received the audit will be arranged to help our panel solicitors ascertain whether, in their expert opinion, it is unenforceable. In the event that the creditor does not provide the requested documents in the required timescale your case may be passed to one of our panel solicitors to further. STEP 4 For any agreement that is believed to be unenforceable by our solicitors, with a good chance of a successful claim, they can act on your behalf to carry out the necessary legal work with the aim of having your agreement declared unenforceable. At this stage the extra processing fee of £99 will be due.
